We take pride in our service...
Apollo Optical is equipped with a full functioning lab. Customers can have ready-to-wear glasses in 1-hour or less (with a few limitations depending on frames). As soon as you choose a frame in the store (or you can bring your own), the technician will edge and mount the lenses.
Custom fit, just for you!
As the glasses come out of the lab, an optician will verify all measurements. When you come to pick them after an hour, an optician will help you adjust the frame to your liking!

If you require custom made lenses or if your lenses are NOT in stock, we'll have to order them. Don't worry, they come in about a week and we'll get your glasses within 1-2 weeks. Custom and specialty lenses can be ordered with our partner labs: Essilor, Nikon and Zeiss - which are backed by their respective warranties.
Quality and service GUARANTEED.
That being said, ALL current eyeglasses and sunglasses in the stores have a 1-year manufacturing warranty. If your glasses break at the hinge, or the nose pads come off or there's a manufacturing defect on the frame, we'll see if we can grant you the warranty or simply replace you with new parts or a new frame.
